March 20th Ride Type: Mountain Bike

Weekend Warm Up is a weekly ride hosted by OZ Cycling Tours, designed to bring together Chamber members and community partners. The event offers a chance to enjoy mountain biking, gravel rides, and greenway paths in a relaxed, no-drop environment. 
 

Rides occur every Friday at 4:00 PM, with different types of rides each week. Participants meet at Phat Tire (125 W Central Ave.) in Bentonville, and the rides are open to a variety of skill levels. It’s a great way to kick off the weekend, connect with others, and get outside while staying active.

On the first Friday of every month, the ride will be a beginner/intermediate-friendly mountain bike ride near the Bentonville Square, giving riders the opportunity to get in a few fun laps before heading into the First Friday celebration downtown.

Key Ride Details: 

• Occurs every Friday Spring-Fall at 4pm, meeting at Phat Tire (125 W Central Ave.)
• Rides rotate weekly between mountain, gravel, and greenway rides.
• The Chamber will post updates on social media and send email notifications if there's a terrain change or cancellation due to weather.
• All rides are "no-drop," meaning no one will be left behind!
• The pace of the ride will be determined by the group. If needed, we'll split into two groups to ensure everyone's comfort level. 
• E-bikes are welcome!
• Participants should bring water, nutrition, and a flat kit for a 2-hour ride.
• Typical distances: 10-25 for mountain bike rides, 20-25 for gravel rides.
• The mountain bike ride will be a cross-country style through Slaughter Pen (not enduro/jump line).
