Please join Kelsi Zahl on a self-exploration to learn your inner workings. Learn how to unwind tension holding patterns, breath through pain, and move in ways that expand or strengthen the body as needed. This workshop will offer self-massage trigger point techniques as well as both restorative and strengthening micro-movements to heal the subtle-body energy, increase range of motion, and improve energy levels.
