The annual 1,000-mile Remember the Removal bike ride commemorates the forced removal of Cherokee people in 1838 and 1839. Ride participants Brian Barlow, Macie Sullateskee, KenLea Henson, & mentor rider Will Chavez will share about their experiences on this trail that teaches young Cherokee people ages 16 to 24 more about their culture and history as they cycle the same route their ancestors were forced to walk.
