Open Heart Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply nourishing Heart-Opening Sound Bath, designed to celebrate connection. Come with someone you love or come solo. This experience is designed to honor connection in all its forms. We’ll begin with a gentle heart-focused Yin flow to soften the body and release tension, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra to ease the nervous system into deep rest. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in a restorative sound bath, featuring soothing tones and vibrations to support the heart chakra, invite emotional release, and cultivate feelings of love, compassion, and connection. This evening is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and/or with someone who matters.
