In a culture obsessed with connection, consumption, and competition, we often neglect to tune into the present moment. In this hands-on workshop, participants will work through several techniques to center our attention on the here and now. Activities will include a tiny tasting, breathing exercises, gentle yoga stretches, a guided relaxation meditation, and a gong bath.
