BWC Assemble: Community, Connection & Companionship

BWC Assemble: Community, Connection & Companionship

Building meaningful relationships is essential to personal fulfillment and professional success. Join us for an engaging conversation centered on Community, Connection & Companionship — exploring how women in NWA find support, belonging, and opportunity at every stage of life and career.

This discussion will explore how women build community in NWA, including the unique challenges and opportunities facing long-time locals, transplants, trailing spouses, and stay-at-home moms re-entering the workforce. Together, we’ll consider important questions: Who do you turn to when you face a challenge at work? Who encourages you to grow? Who offers guidance when new opportunities arise? Community, friendship, and mentorship are foundational to our success — helping us thrive in all areas of life.

We’ll have honest conversations about the barriers to finding community in NWA while highlighting the many opportunities and practical ways to get connected. While NWA offers a wealth of organizations and spaces for belonging, the hardest part is often knowing where to start — and simply showing up.

In addition to the panel discussion, local organizations will share programs, events, and resources designed to help women build meaningful connections and get plugged into the community. Come ready to learn, network, and leave with actionable steps to build lasting relationships and find meaningful companionship.
