A vinyasa style flow to awaken your inner warrior! This workshop will begin with a nice warm-up sequence for the hips and shoulders and then move on to a detailed breakdown of the warrior postures. Both the common warrior stances that are typically seen in classes, as well as, some more unique warrior postures that you might not be familiar with will be covered. There will be a great amount of detail paid towards proper alignment, the structure of the warrior stances, and breath in relation to movement. This is a power packed flow to help you tap into your inner strength and approach the warrior postures in a fun, creative way.
