Monique Picou, SVP Flow & Fashion, Supply Chain, Walmart US. A Louisiana native, Monique attended Southern University and graduated with a degree in electrical engineering. Immediately after graduation she went to work for Procter & Gamble where she stayed for 28 years, and held many roles such as; Plant Manager, European Director, Global Innovations Director and Vice President, Product Supply Global Heath Care.
Monique sat on the Board of Directors for United Way and the US Chamber of Commerce. She was a state appointed Board Director for Workforce Development and for Families with Dependence as well as a member of the State Economic Development Board. Monique has also taught Economics & Math at the University of Phoenix. She is also an enthusiastic and proactive proponent of diversity throughout P& G.
Colby Beland, is Vice President of Sales & Marketing, CaseStack LLC., a leading provider of outsourced logistics and pioneer of collaborative vendor pool consolidation for retailers including Walmart, Sam's Club, Kroger, Target, Whole Foods, and Amazon.
Beland holds a BSBA degree in Supply Chain Management form the Walton College of Business. He has spent the last 25 years immersed in multiple segments of the supply chain, gaining intimate knowledge in parcel, less-than-truckload, truckload, intermodal, vendor pool consolidation, warehousing, and retailer compliance.
Recognized for his expertise in retail logistics, he is frequently sought by national and local media as a source in supply chain trends. In addition he sits on many boards, has been a guest lecturer at the University of Arkansas and was recognized as a Northwest Arkansas Business Journal Forty under 40 award.
Jason Trout, Senior Director of Business Operations, Central Garden & Pet, leads planning and replenishment for one of lawn & garden's top suppliers. Jason has over 20 years in progressive roles within supply chain, sales, retail and operations planning, and is frequently recognized for his contribution and collaboration within this space. Jason is a native of Northwest Arkansas having a BA from the University of Arkansas, and holds a MBA from John Brown University. He has been a guest speaker at prior venues focused on supply chain best practices, planning and people development. Jason's an enthusiastic leader, known for driving positive results and organizational change.
Heather Wheeler, Customer Supply Chain Director, Nestle' USA, leads optimization, compliance and replenishment across multiple Food, Beverage and Consumables departments at Walmart and Sam's Club. Heather has 17 years of experience at Nestle', progressing through multiple functions within the End-to-End Supply Chain, with a consistent focus on ensuring supply. Originally from the Midwest, Heather relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2018. She graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Industrial Engineering. Heather is an active member of the Supply Chain Management Research Center (SCMRC) within the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Heather has a passion for recruiting and developing talent and for leading change.

Bill Senn, is Senior Director of Business, at Engage3, the premier Price Optimizations company supporting most of the Top Retailers in the U.S and Canada. Bill has served on the Board of Directors with the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce, and spent 16 years at Walmart/Sam's Club. The last 4 1/2 years Bill has been in Supply Chain Leadership roles focused on plastic delivery platforms with built in digital tracking.
